This Weekend =)

This is my most updated post in a while I also added the two below today in order =) ill try to keep up next time haha its not so easy...So this weekend was busy I went to my 9hr long certification class for a group exercise certification I feel like I did good on both practicles and written test we will see in 2-4weeks! if I passed I will be able to teach all kinds of group exercise classes from Yoga, Step, Water Aerobics, Muscle classes and anything in between! =) yay and then after that 8-6 day I went home and got ready for my friend Courtney's 21st B-Day! we went to Zanzabar in Waikiki Below are some pics!

So the next morning me and JK woke up and decided to "go explore" so we went all over Hawaii Kai area near the blow hole and walked arround on the other side of the guard rail on the highway! hehe you can click on pics to see full sizes and scroll through em!

This was not over the guard rail lol but looks like the middle of no where huh? Cause we are in the middle of no where on a rock in the pacific! lol

We found a sign and followed the little trail of reflectors to find the fishing spot!

Their was even a bridge kinda cool for a hidden spot on the side of a Mt. guess you never know what your gonna find!

FOUND IT!! their was everything you need to fish right their besides bate and a pole! even a grill!!!

JK left for Kauai 2 Weeks

So JK left again this time only 2 weeks to a neighbor Island 20min flight!! he got bit by a 7inch centipede I had no clue they got that big! heres a pic of his bite and swollen toe after as well as a 7inch centipede!

you can still see his bites! he said it burned more then anything!

Update!! Overdue!!

So I have been slacking on this keeping posts updated thing but I am going to update everything I have pics of right now! =) starting with JK went to CA for 6 1/2 weeks so I didnt do much picture worthy things while he was gone but the weekend he was back we went on a 3mile hike to a little waterfall and here are the pics to that...p.s. Waimea Falls (North Shore)

So this past weekend we decided to hike to Waimea Falls and swim...It is at the North Shore in Waimea Valley. This was a pretty hike with tons of beautiful tropical flowers and I was so hot from carrying towels that I could not wait to make it to the fall!

This is a Temple of some sort built between 1470 AD and 1700 AD

This is Fred he guards the path its his little spot and hes also kind of blind poor bird but look how big...I'm on my tip toes behind him!

We made it!! Dont look like it but that water fall is 43ft tall and the water is 33ft deep

Jk's First Weekend Back

Well Jk is back and maybe ill be doing more exciting things to blog about...we decided to do a hike every weekend and for the first hike we chose the Mokapu Lighthouse, I have done it two times before but JK has not! it was a beautiful morning to hike it, look at the pics!
